Thank you for visiting and shopping at Legicarry. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (such as new drops or holidays), processing may be delayed by a few days. We will communicate any significant delays with you directly. For custom or made-to-order knives, processing and shipping times will vary. The final delivery schedule will be determined and confirmed directly with the customer upon order placement.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available).
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
International Shipping We currently only ship to the United States. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@legicarry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Legicarry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
